Eclectic Chef
Cooking is one of the few places where I slow down. It’s my way of grounding myself in the present, experimenting without rules, and creating something that brings people together. I’m not a typical chef—I’m an explorer in the kitchen. One day it’s Keys-style seafood, the next it’s a high-protein fuel meal, and sometimes it’s simply the comfort of a late-night creation that shouldn’t make sense but absolutely works. My food is eclectic because my life is eclectic. And every dish tells a story.
